So how's it going on those projects?

I finished the remix on “Minor Kill”, my Hendrix-inspired blues (how come the pieces that are inspired by someone else never end up sounding like them?), which required cutting a new organ part. The remix sounds very good–I ended up putting the drums at the center, which wasn’t the original plan, but whatever it takes. I’ll post the remix to broadjam and myspace within a day or so.
I did a short piece for traxmusic.org to show off the capabilities of Heavyocity’s Evolver composition tool. Sent that off to the guys at traxmusic, we’ll see what they think.
My next big thing is recording vocals for several works in progress. I’ll tackle that today. I’m not looking forward to it. But a man’s gotta do what a man’s gotta do.
