I’m meeting next week with Jerome Harris, the guitarist who backed me on two cuts on “the second Act of Free Being”, to discuss a new band.  I plan to bring records by Morphine, Hazmat Modine, and the White Stripes to that meeting.

I don’t know for sure yet what this band is going to sound like.  But I know it’s going to be stripped down, electric, and beat-driven.
